"Hidden Emotions"
Written by Rachel Wilson
Poem dedicated to In a Mirror
When I look into your eyes, I see a shady sky
When my hands touch your face, your muscle tense in place
Such built up emotions you have
They are strong, just like the volume of your hair
Tell me, why do you look so scared?
Tell me, why do you seem on the defenseand cling to your toy as your offense?
Hesitation and insecurity define your space
If you keep starring at me that way,
I might just reonsider giving you this rose
For such lovely eyes, you deserve a prize
Oh don't turn away embaressed or ashamed
I adore the stunning strucure of your eyes
At least take this rose of apperication so I won't cry
Even a fan such as I, has hidden emotions lying deep behind closed eyes
